Agni Mudra: Know its method, benefits, and precautions
Method of doing Agni Mudra:
- To do this mudra, first of all, lay a rug or mat in a flat place.
- After this, sit on it in the posture of Padmasana, Sukhasana, or Vajrasana.
- Then After sitting in the posture, keep the thumbs of both your hands on the outside and make fists of the fingers of both hands.
- After doing this, bring the thumbs of both hands close and join their tops together.
- Keep in mind that the palms should be facing down.
- In this position, close your eyes and keep your breathing normal.
- Also, in this posture, focus your mind on the speed of your breath.
- Stay in this position for 15 – 45 minutes.
Time to do Agni Mudra:
