Agni Mudra: Know its method, benefits, and precautions

Method of doing Agni Mudra:

  • To do this mudra, first of all, lay a rug or mat in a flat place.
  • After this, sit on it in the posture of Padmasana, Sukhasana, or Vajrasana.
  • Then After sitting in the posture, keep the thumbs of both your hands on the outside and make fists of the fingers of both hands.
  • After doing this, bring the thumbs of both hands close and join their tops together.
  • Keep in mind that the palms should be facing down.
  • In this position, close your eyes and keep your breathing normal.
  • Also, in this posture, focus your mind on the speed of your breath.
  • Stay in this position for 15 – 45 minutes.

Time to do Agni Mudra:

  • You can do Agni Mudra regularly every day. It gives benefits soon.
  • It is good to practice Agni Mudra in the morning and evening.
  • This mudra can be done for 15 to 45 minutes.

  • Keep breathing normally in this posture.
  • Stay in this position for 10-15 seconds, after that bring your hands down.
